Tangle twistee |
It's been a while ago that I did a Celtic Challenge, but yesterday while I was waiting at the Gym where my daughter was dancing, I tried the twistee tangle. It was just fun to do this tangle and I added some leaves outside the twistee's. I wanted to try this tangle in a bigger setting, so I looked for a nice challenge to do. I found the celtic challenge # 6 (here), and so I started. It was so much fun to do this, and within no time I was ready to post it.
Tangles: Egg-Shel, Fantails, Paradox and Cresent Moon |
Tangles: Schmoozy flower, Aura-Leah, Florz and Feathers |
The Zendala dare #24 was again one with straight lines and squares. Not really my favorite, but he than the challenge is just greater to make something beautiful out of it. Finally I made 2 zendalas. One Black and White, and the other one in color. In the BW one you can see the original forms of the template, but in the colored one where I play around with rounded tangles the original template is a little bit disappeared. Its really strange that I can make in no time 2 of them, while square templates are not my favorite. I think I was in a highly zen spirit this weekend.
Hope you all like it, happy tangling to all of you!
Very interesting Didisch, I like it.
BeantwoordenVerwijderenThank you Judy.
BeantwoordenVerwijderenBoth pieces are beautiful. I especially like the second one with the free flowing flowers and feathers.
BeantwoordenVerwijderenThese are all so beautiful. Great choice of tangles. Thanks for taking the Dare!
BeantwoordenVerwijderenGreat zendala's with several tangles I've never heard of (will have to look them up now). And your entry for the celtic challenge is really eye-catching! My fav. is the Zendala dare with color - it's so pretty!
BeantwoordenVerwijderenBoth of your Zendalas are lovely and your Celtic challenge is so much fun!
BeantwoordenVerwijderenBoth pieces are indeed very nice and I particularly like the second one, very nice.
BeantwoordenVerwijderenAll of your tiles are beautiful. my favourite is the last one it is so soft and delicate
BeantwoordenVerwijderenWow wow wow--for all three! These are beautiful! I totally love your Tangle Twisty--so much fun and super cool! And your zendalas are just gorgeous! Love the fantails--awesome line work, and the colored one is so pretty, love the flowers and feathers--soft and beautiful...nice nice nice!!
BeantwoordenVerwijderenThat last one is totally awesome. I can't stop looking at it!
BeantwoordenVerwijderenOh wow, this are fabulous! Gorgeous! :)
BeantwoordenVerwijderenAll three are fascinating, but I must agree that the third one is especially gorgeous.
BeantwoordenVerwijderenyou have a lot of beautiful art here. the twistee challenge is great - i love that pattern springkle! your first ZD tile is so detailed and intricate - i love it! and the colors you chose for your last tile remind me of spring - not bad since it's in the 50's outside. you do beautiful work!
BeantwoordenVerwijderenWat zijn ze weer mooi zeg! Ik ga die celtic challenge ook eens proberen denk ik ...
BeantwoordenVerwijderenIk vind je kleurtjes ook heel mooi bij de laatste.
Leaving another comment because I just realized what that first one is (just did this challenge myself)!
BeantwoordenVerwijderenWowsa! the tangle twistee celtic flower is spectacular!
