DC 155 en Its a string thing 28

This week I did 1 Zia for 2 challenges. I use the string and proposed tangles from it's a string thing #28, and the Diva challenge #155 where one had to leave some space unfilled with tangles. I often use not filled spaces so that was no real challenge, inspite of the patterns to use for the ITST, they were all new to me, and putting them together in the string was challenging. Inspired by Kailey McEvilly I did the challenge on tan colored paper, great to work with that color. Shading and Highlighting is such fun on that paper.

    1. No, it is not the original tile, I have a (A5 size) toned tan sketchbook of strathmore, and it is awesome to work in, I have the same one in toned grey, that is awesome too.

  2. Hi Diana, such a beautiful ZIA once again(no surprise as your work always amazes me) I, too, take the IAST challenge, but I found this week more challenging than most. It was difficult to make those tangles get along with each other happily, but I managed!
PS congrats to all of you Nederlanders for your awesome performance at the Olympics. I feel proud of them too, as well as for our Canadian team who is also doing well!
