Deze week een hele bijzondere challenge. Een monotangle met Bales, maar dan wel met je non-dominante hand. Met andere woorden ben je rechts dan zal de tekening gemaakt moeten worden met links. Dat wordt helemaal niks dacht ik, maar al tekenend viel het toch echt wel reuze mee. Ik moest me wel goed concentreren, en moest het papier nog vaker draaien dan ik normaal doe, omdat het tekenen in een bepaalde richting beter ging dan in de andere richting. De lijnen zijn wel wat bibberig maar al met al ben ik tevreden met het resultaat. Ik heb nergens mijn dominante hand gebruikt, zelfs bij het uitgummen van de tekst die ik eerst met potlood had gemaakt, heb ik met links gedaan. Het moeilijkste vond ik het inkleuren voor zowel de schaduw als het kleur gedeelte.
This week a very special challenge. It had to be a monotangle with Bales, but..... you had to do it with your non-dominant hand. So when your right handed, you had to draw with your left hand. I thought I would never could get this right, but I started it anyway, and I have to say once drawing, it went very well. I had to concentrate a lot, and I had to turn the paper a lot, because only one way was easy to draw. The lines are a bit shaky but I am very happy with the result. I never used my right hand, even when I had to erase the pencil lines from the text, I did with my left hand. The hardest part was coloring in the shading parts as the colored parts. But it was really great to do, and more to tell that I made this drawing with my left hand.
