De 1e maandag van de maand, dus weer een Use My Tangle uitdaging. Deze maand de tangle Bugle van Joyce Evans. Hmm.... geen tangle die ik zelf zou uitzoeken om eens te proberen. Dus maar eerst eens wat oefenen in mijn noteboekje.
Uiteindelijk heb ik de uitdaging naar volle tevredenheid gemaakt en me laten inspireren door:
- Laura : toch een tangle te gebruiken die ik zelf niet zou uitzoeken
- Joyce : uiteraard de tangle. Het is echt een heel leuk patroontje om te doen.
- Helen Williams: Aan de hand van haar fantastische E-book 'flips, folds, ribbon and string', waar ik geoefend heb met de strings om stokjes te wikkelen, wat een leuk effect....
- Joanne Sharp: Whimsical lettering, inspiratie voor het maken van de tekst.
First monday of the month, means UMT challenge. This month we had to use Bugle from Joyce Evans. Hmmm... not a tangle I would pick myself (sorry Joyce), so first some practice in my notebook.
I loved making this spread page in my notebook, and had inspiration from 4 ladies:
- Laura, thanks for picking the tangle, and make me do tangles I would never pick
- Joyce, for the great tangle. I don't know why I wouldn't pick it myself, because it is really a fun tangle
- Helen Williams : I practiced the string wrapping around sticks according to her beautiful E-book :
'flips, folds, ribbon and string'. It is awesome to do, and the effect on the drawing is so great
- Joanne Sharp: Practicing my lettering according her book Whimsical lettering.
