DC #202: Duotangle Copada - Chebucto

Bij de diva challenge van deze week draait alles om 2 patroontjes van Margret Bremner. Een Canadese CZT die geweldige tekeningen maakt. Ik ben een groot fan van Margret. De patroontjes heten Copada en Chebucto. Mijn voorkeur gaat uit naar copada, omdat dit zo heerlijk vloeiend getekend kan worden in tegenstelling tot chebucto wat een vrij strak rechtlijnig figuur is. Maar eenmaal tekenend op mijn Grey-toned sketch boek van Strathmere, blijkt dat ik copada maar 1 keer gebruik, en Chebucto een aantal keren teken tegen mijn Copada.

Ik heb genoten van deze challenge, niet lange hoeven nadenken, maar gewoon beginnen en de pen het werk laten doen.

This weeks Diva Challenge is al about 2 tangles of Margret Bremner. A canadian CZT/artist. I am a great fan of Margret and admire her work. The tangles to use are Copada and Chebucto. Copada is a tangle I love because it has a lot of curvy lines to build the tangle. And I love curvy en swirly lines. Chebucto is rather straight and so not my favorite in this challenge. But what happened when I my pen touches the paper. Of course I started with Copada, but after 1 row of copied chebucto took over my pen, and the rest of my ZIA is filled with Chebucto. I did the ZIA in my Grey toned Strathmore Sketch book. I love that paper. I had a lot of fun with Copada and Chebucto this evening. And I have to admit I love Chebucto...
